You can Chat and Video and Phone as much as you want, but remember there can be an extra cost to you. Chat uses little internet. Voice uses a bit, but not a lot. Video can use up the month's allocation in a week by itself, so you need to bear in mind what sort of internet plan you are on. For example, if your plan slows you down after your use up your allocation, then no real harm done. Just slow for the rest of the month. But if you pay an excess tariff over a set monthly bandwidth allowance, watch out for the first month's bill. It is just as easy to check your usage as you go. If you log in to your ISP using your account name and password, you will find you can review how much you have used so far, and what you have used in previous months. You will also be able to see what sort of plan you are on as well.

Your Mac computer and internet connection must be in good working order, as this pricing does not allow any extra time to address troubleshooting and repairs. Where doubts exist, why not drop your computer in to us, and we can repair, tune and optimise your system and install the Chat software at the same time.
Doubts About your Macintosh's Ability
We are all getting older, and older Macs may not have the capacity for some of these new Chat tasks. One way to find out is to call us when you are in front of the computer with it up and running, and we can get you to look up the specifications we need. For example, Video chatting requires better than average hardware, and a fairly fast internet connection. And VoIP phones a fast internet connection. Chat uses little computer resources - it's easy.
